Perfect for families or groups of friends, The Jewel is a stunning four-bedroom holiday rental designed by Bali-based world renowned architect Popo Danes whose genius created the famous Ubud Hanging Gardens and many others luxury resorts and villas in Bali. Rich in colour and grandeur, Jewel sits high on the hill within the "Tiara Nusa" private estate on the Bukit peninsula in south Bali. Tiara Nusa translates roughly as 'the crown of the island', and with the sumptuous decor, unparalleled views and five-star service and facilities, the Jewel definitely takes centre stage in that crown.

From sunrise to sunset and into the night, the Jewel offers its guests views and a setting unrivalled anywhere on the island. Indeed, while in the villa, you will find it hard to steer your eyes away from the empire of paradise that is laid out before you from the north-facing, cliff top setting. You can watch the sunrise on one side and sunset on the other, observe fishing boats returning from the sea and planes taking off from the airport, spy on the villagers at the bottom of the hill as they go about their daily lives, or, as the night sets, watch Bali come alive under millions of twinkling lights. When the weather is clear, especially at sunrise, the islands off the coast and the volcanoes that lie along the island's backbone are visible in the pre-dawn light. If you want a better view, you will need to get a pilot's licence.
